As most people on this site know, its a Sephis Axe skin, most commonly found in the Kryta region. However due to the very high price of Rare (gold) specimens it is more than likely to be a The Razorstone (sic); a Green weapon with a Sephis Axe skin, farmed farmed every hour of every day in Sorrow's Furnace.
