Looking for an Earth Scroll and a Shield

Hey guys

I'm trying to max out my W/E tactics tank, so I am looking for 2 off-hand items:

Earth Scroll
+12 energy, req 10 (or less) earth
10% halves cast speed overall (preferably 20% halves earth cast speed)
+5 armor (while attacking, or >50%)

Shield (whatever design)
16 armor, req tactics (13 tact. is fine even)
+1 tactics 20%
-2 in stance (or +hp)

Let me know what you got ^^. But I don't need anything other than what I've mentioned. So don't post with "I have a shield that's +1 earth 20% -2 enchanted" I already have that one so I don't want it lol.

i've got a req 12 tacts sheild, health + 40 while hexed, and recieved damage - 2 while enchanted, tell me if your interested

LOL that's exactly the kind of thing I said you don't need to mention. I am looking for 2 very particular items; the scroll described and the shield described.
