PC on a gold twin hammer

The hammer with following stats:
Icy Twin Hammer of Warding
18-34 cold dmg
req 8 hammer mastery
13%dmg when HP>50%
armor+7 VS elemental attacks

bump for the result.XD

rare hammer... but max is 19-35 (yours is 18-34) and 13^50.. I'd say perhaps 4k maybe more?
