i know the -2 -2 are popular and are easyer to keep up but this is only 2% from perfect and low req so i thought i would get a pc before i dump to merchant

% chance shields are very difficult to price. I would put it at around 20K given the nice requirement, but again if you find someone that likes them, it could be worth more.
