PC on Zealous Spiked Axe of Axe Mastery

I recently found this and it fits perfectly with my W/Mo solo griffon/minotaur farming build. I don't think I'll sell it unless it goes for a lot....mostly curious as to what it's worth. Thanks for any input.

Zealous Spike Axe of Axe Mastery
Slashing Damage: 6-28 (req. 8 axe mastery)
Damage +15% (while health is below 50%)
Energy gain on hit: +1
Energy regeneration: -1
Axe mastery: +1 (18% chance while using skills)
