UPDATE:
Well, on one of my runs i aggroed a total of 5 sand wurms...it was freakin' crazy.
Basically I aggro 1, deal with him
Then two more spawn...deal with them. Thinking I'm done I don't put on prot spirit.
Lo and behold, two more spawn and I die -_-. I got one bleached shell out of that though
