Was about to try and salvage for the Domination Magic +1 staff wrapping when I realised that I had seen a green staff with similar base stats before, and yes, it does exist: Korvald's Willcrusher has only halves skill recharge of Domination Magic Spells (albeit with 20%) on it!
However, although Korvald's staff might have +5 energy, +30 health and quick recovery from dazed, few staves come with a staff wrapping that coincides with the particular field of magic. As Domination Magic +1 wrappings have been known to be sold for between 55-75K:
Starting Bid (S/B) is 20K
Buy Out (B/O) is 60K
