Summary:
I created this build because I wanted to give large groups of enemies a good Burning
Basicaly pre cast your attunment, let the warrior gather aggro, choose a target in the middle of a large group and cast Fevered Dreams immediatly followed by Phantom Pain. Cast Mark of Rodgort on the same target and then use your fire spells and fire wand to keep all enemies on fire. After 10 seconds Phantom Pain will run out, unless you have already removed it with Shatter Delusions, and will spread Deep wounds to each foe. Use the glyph and Meteor Shower when needed.
Pro: Fun (when it works)
Great when others also apply conditions through your Fevered dreams,
Bleeding will take the degen to -10, Rangers can make good use of it with blinds and cripples, poison.
