What type of shield is this?

Hey guys. I was playing Saturday night & saw a level 20 guy with a sweet looking shield. I was hoping someone would be able to tell me what type it was, so i could try & acquire one. It was turquoise, kind of greenish, but it looked like it was almost transparent & glowed a little, It was pretty cool looking. Also, I was wondering what everyone thought was the best shield in the game? I've read a lot of posts where everyone seems to like the one you can get from the ancient eyes collector. Im sure its not the best, but seems to be a favorite. Maybe just because its easy to get. Thanks for your help.

Eternal shield. You get it in the underworld or the fissure of woe. No collector has it.

My favourite shield is the ornate buckler.

well the best shield is the one that suits your build. However, most would perhaps agree that Victo's Bulwark may be the "best combination of mods on a shield" (+30 hp always, -2 dmg taken in a stance).

However the Most Expensive Shield in the game would be the Magmas Shield. With very good stats, it would be, pound for pound, the most expensive over all others. But..........thats just my opinion. Chime in if you feel differently about the most expensive shield.

Thanks for all the input guys! That Victo's Bulwark shield sounds pretty good. I'm just wondering if it looks as cool as the Eternal shield? Because we all know that lookin cool is most important!

I just looked it up on the web & the shield I saw was an Eternal shield. Shadow shields are pretty sweet also. Thanks again guys.

A cool looking shield? I bet you are describing a eternal shield (matchs chaos axes) but if you want the best shield get a tanzits def.

get victos bulwark its way better than a eternal shield

minor correction.you can get all uw specials(eternal shield/bow,storm bow,ghostly staffs and ecto)from fissure.although much rarer and i have only seen them drop in the wailing lords forest.only seen 1 ecto ever drop there and it was from a banshee,the teams reaction was pretty cool lots of "OMFG i thought we were in fissure not uw".btw this was many months ago so not sure if they ever changed it so any 1 get any uw items in fow more recently.
