open up paint, do your thing to the pictures, go to the very botttom right corner of the white area and a little resize arrow will show up, drag untill it is sam size as pictures. then go to imageshack.us, click "browse", find your pic, then click "host it". when is is done, copy/paste "thumbnail to forums" (or something like that) into your forum post
