1) With that req, i'd id it and hope for something exceptional enough to make the high mods worthwhile.

So I identified it, it has 13% while in a stance. Other mod (Vampiric 2:1, already tested that one) sucks.

So is 13% stance worth anything? Or merchant food?

Worth more than merchant. Not sure but would guess easy sell price 5K max sell price 15K.
