Collectors Edition, no divine aura?

I few days ago i bought a copy of the Collectors Editiion from my Game shop(a uk shop) and i made a new account. I havent bein able to make my hands glow the code is on a paper cd walet like this XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
and at the bottem there is an odd code like this XX-XX. i used the top code because the other code didnt seem to do anything but i wonder if Game gave me the wrong items in the box because for reasons they take out all the items out of the box just incase somebody trys to steal it lol and they may of mixed it up? What do i do? 50 pounds isnt funny.

Are you sure it's not the Special Edition (vs Collector's Edition). If it is collector's edition, I would contact Anet directly. Divine Glow is only in Collector's.

(edit) what video card do you have or make sure you have post processing turned on in the advanced options. Ask other people if they see the glow.

I got the collectors Editition box right in my hands lol and my vid card is a 9500 pro ill contact Anet about this later

The only advice I can offer is, it only activates while using emotes.
I was confused about this when I got mine too..
But, that's all I can think of.

Some older cards don't support viewing it. Have a guild member or friend you can trust see if you "glow" while doing the emote. If they do it's a graphics setting not turned on in the setting or your video card doesn't support it.

Also try this, sign in, go to account, manage account, and see your key listings. If you installed the collector's edition it will say collector's on the main key for the game.

I looked at my keys in the Collector account nothing to say there collecotrs edition

Log In -> Edit Account -> (Check Mark) Manage Access Keys -> Will get a new screen

Under the 2nd column, Extra Features, you should see "Divine Aura" (Guild Wars Collector's Edition) listed.

If it's missing, it's not on your account and I would contact Anet.
