Guild Editor Please.

I have been giving this alot of thought and asked Gaile if it was a few months ago and she said not at the current time.I would like to see a along withe Guild Register a way to Edit your guilds name as I would really like to.I inherited this guild from the founder who hasn't been online to help recruit in 7 months.when I usually try to get new members in to the guild I am leader of they often wonder why the name The Green Guild instead of some cool sounding name.I would say if you can change your cape as I have done why not your name.Please Arenaet give us this option.what do all of you others think?

I highly doubt this will happen. It's along the same lines as editing your character's name. If we could edit character names, that would encourage scamming. And like Dahnel said, it will make the guild-selling thing much easier. I have no problem with our guild's name, and I doubt we'll ever feel the need to change it. So I suppose if you're unsatisfied with your name, disbanding and remaking would be the only option.

i never heard of anyone drowing from drinking to much water ...its my understanding it has to enter your lungs not your stomach

I think they would implement this (and name changes) if it were not be opening the door for future abuse.

Rember how they changed the graphic of they dye remover so it did not have the same bottle graphic as normal dye to try and stop scams. Anet is not set up for internal "GM" support to catch scams, glitches and such. They try to make the game changes across the board to keep them down.

Actually you can die with too much water (besides drowning) it's very very hard. A runner doing a marthon was drinking way beyond normal amounts of water and due to the constant exercise and the sheer amount of water he was dowing .. died from it.

I would do this but the thing is I have guild hall and don't want a buy another sigil to get another one.

It should be changeable for a fee like 5k.

That actually is a great idea, now that I think about it. Guild sellers are going to find a way to do what they do anyway, so I guess this would be alright.

And just as a FYI Age, I believe Sigils go for 20k-ish at the minute, and sell for less than that from people. So if you guys are intent on renaming, it isn't too much of a chunk of change if several people pitch in.
