Is there a way to charm Pre-searing bears?

Oh please, please, please tell me if you can charm a pre-seared blaack bear! I tried everything. I tried a mesmer slowing it down, making a monk knock it over with the bane thing and charm it, ETC. It is really irritating me!!! Please tell me if it is possible or impossible to get the bear. And if it is possible, can you please post it?

With luck, and timing, this is basiclly what is needed to charm a presearing Ascalon black bear

It's like Evilwizard said posted by quintus but it is ridiculously hard. I did it but it takes exact timing.
