The requirement isn't perfect, true, but the mods on it are. A health mod is not the most desireable, especially for something such as running.

This shield will not be able to sell for 50k+. I think that you can get around 20-40k for it because of the req.

Really tho, I don't know shields all that well pricewise, but even I'd say its at least 25k.
