I need a PC on this rare AXE

I have a Gold/Max spiked axe req.9 that is +20% when hexed inherent and +6 vs. physical (which can be perfected with another mod). I am however, wandering about how much a +20% inherent max damage low req. axe is worth. I figure that this would be the shit for a W/N build and a perfect +20% enchantment handle. Anybody know anyting about this axe? Thanks.

does the 20% come into effect with aura of the leich?

While (or versus - not sure which one you have) hexed is not highly desired other than in very specific circumstances, since it is very hard to control that condition.

I would say you can get 5K for it since it's perfect, but even at that price it would be hard to sell.
