Damage +15% (while in a stance)
Health +30
Armor penetration +10% (chance: 10%)
This was my old axe, hence the perfect modding..
Fellblade of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (req. 10 Swordsmanship)
Damage +14% (while Health is above 50%)
Health +25
Is this worth perfect modding or should i try to sell it as is?

Great Axe I'd say around the 85k area... maybe more. Not a popular axe, nor is in stance sold as well....
fellblade i'd say in the 80-90k area... try to sell as is
usually better than putting all that money in perfect mods cuz it usually doesn't bring ya back in as much

are fellblades rare (well not rare just rare-er than i thot) or does the 14^50 just really give it a price boost
