PC: gold clean (sorta) staff

Can you do a price check on this please? Thanks... (sorta have no idea how much this would be worth)

Light Damage: 11-22 (req. 11 smiting prayers)
Halves casting time for spells (Chance 9%)
Halves Skill recharge of blood magic spells (Chance 18%)

No mods on it yet... its clean in the sense that you can put upgrades in it and still have those mods.

Just a curiosity:
Improves casting speed by 20% (Chance: 5-10%)
Improves skill recharge using 'any attribute name' skills by 20% (Chance: 10-20%).
Those are the two abilities on it... its near perfect but those abilities aren't worth that much? (near perfect that is)

what brings the price down to 5k? Not completely understanding but many thanks for your time and effort (and patience)

mixed items seem to have a harder time selling for one (it's smiting req but necro bonus) ... second... there are collector staves that are 20/20 specific and most would rather have those unless it's perfect shadow or ghostly.. and last there are too many perfect green staves now that you can get for cheap. -- and additionally, req has an affect too even tho to casters it doesn't matter, but req 8 is "perfect" so your staff is really like 6 points off perfect which each hit take a good chunk cuz people want perfection
