I'd say as is... 70-80k ... sold a req 9 14^50 with about the same mods for 45k

The bow is worth a lil more being req8

Still no serious money and i really wouldn't sell it for a measly 100k
Customize it like it did for that extra 20% dmg.. and then mod it perfectly..

Bow is worth 90-100k

If you use the search for 15^50 Feathered Longbow, you'll find my PCs for this skin from two or three weeks back... A lot higher than what's been mentioned here, but that's because I like the skin.

In my honest opinion, build a ranger and use that bow, mate... You can start using it at around level 7 seeing that it has a req. 8.... Too many perfect bows out there now of these days and not enough buyers... Otherwise, wait till the Easter or summer holidays when there'll be more players online.
