Judges Armor

Alright, I've heard various different thing on this subject so I was wanted to see if anyone could clear this up for me.

Ive heard that the extra armor vs physical was both global (like ascalon/knights damage reduction on warriors) and area specific. So, does it matter where your armor is located or does having that piece of armor with the extra armor apply globally?

It's location specific. The only global armor effects are damage reduction and the +15 while casting Mesmer armor.

Is there any way to find out the percentages of where you're hit most?

So one piece of mesmer +15 is the same as the warriors ascalon or knights?

+15AL while casting is same as warrior's ascalon/knights, as the bonus is global instead of locational.

All other mesmer armors are location specific.

Can I just reiterate that if I wear one piece of 15k Virtuoso, and 3 pieces of 15k Rogue's, then I can have 3 parts of + 25 vs. physical whilst casting?
