mine is ministry of knowledge, can anyone explain when these change?

Is this really a question..?! I thought you knew this stuff as a ministry of knowledge. The thing will change, it just depends how much posts you have. I have around 200 posts so I'm a councillor. You have loads a posts, so your a ministry of knowledge. Special ppl on this forum get there own "title", like chris_nin00 (Conspiracy theorist).
So the more you posts, the "cooler" names you get under your name.
There is stuff like this on almost every forum.

Conspiracy Theorist was given to him, you wont get that unless a Mod/Admin will give u it, and isnt the Search Button Up?
