That is what one get for using Glimmering Mark and Ineptitude too much. The foe will be blind instantly when they look at my face, imagine nitrogen touching an object.

maybe you should tone down the brightness or tweak the contrast, that probably is not good for your eyes

I had only experience that once in the entire game at one area =/ Not even the shiverpeak make my face glow like that.

The brightness and contrast is also on defulat.

you picked really pale skin for your mesmer.

There are certain places in the UW (Frozen Wastes) where the lighting makes pale skinned characters appear even more pale and gives a ghostly glow like you see in the OP screenshots.

Additionally, on the beach in FoW, the lighting bleaches almost all color and can make light colored armor appear nearly white.

Galrath is so godly he makes you look like that.

Maybe you need to lay off the sunscreen.
