I would like some competent price checkers to have a look at this, especially the Shadow Shield that seems very weird to me.

weird shadow shield indeed. perfect divine+1 mod ... perfectly useless that is! 
warriors don't have DF so that bonus is of no value to a warrior.
and a monk would never sacrifice even a plain offhand with no bonuses (apart from the extra energy it provides) for a 20% chance for DF+1.
(and please don't say you can switch over to the shield before casting then switching back, i'll just be forced to slap you in the face.

as such, i curse this shield with a price tag of 5k MAX. good luck with it.
