Item - Gold Shocking Brute Sword of Shelter
Item Stats:
- Lightning Dmg: 14-20 (req 11 Swordmanship)
- Damage +14% (while enchanted)
- Armor +6 (vs Physical)

I'm thinking the fact that it's not max damage and req 11 will hurt the value.
However, I think it MUST be worth more than the 120g the merchant wants.
