Armor +4 (vs. elemental attacks)

Value: 50 gold

I'd say merchant them both.
High req on both, the raven staff isn't max on anything.

The Hammer isn't max on anything except the inherent mod, but it is enchanted not 15^50. The only other thing I would consider is to try to expert salvage the fiery mod off the hammer, if you think you would be interested in using that. Otherwise, merchant both.
