i have noticed that every 1 want to get Dragon Sword that makes me wonder what is so good about them?

does the Fire Dmg on Dragon Sword hit stronger then same dmg on normal Sword?

In general, things that look cool will cost lot more over something that doesn't look as cool but with the same stats.

People like looking cool =)

Some monsters are weaker to elemental attacks, with my warrior I have 3 different swords, my fiery dragon sword, a normal slashing damage one and my pride and joy, my ebon long sword of fortitude, earth dmg 15-22 +16% Dmg hp below 50% +21 HP +20% dmg (customised)

There is not one single type of fiery dragon sword, just as there is not one single type of longsword or butterfly sword. Some are good. Some are ok. Some are craptastic. You have to look at what damage it does and what, if any, benefits it confers.

Meh, I'd rather have my crystalline sword anyday over the fiery dragon sword.

Reason being, I've yet to see anyone else with a crystalline sword.
