That shield doesnt exist to my knowledge, but what u can do is take any focus with -5 energy, as long as it doesnt meet your requirement. You should get 1/4th bonus of the energy, resulting in a total of -2 energy. Even better would be a 8 energy that you dont meet req of, resulting in -3 energy.
