Eye of Janthir - Divinity Coast

Anyone remember what special abilities this thing gives you if you're holding it? I think it either interrupts or knocksdown your foe if he uses as skill and if you're attacking him, but I can't remember....

It knock down foes about every 5 sec around the area.

LOL. Never had any enemies near, so I didn't know it had an effect. I just Ran Like Hell.

Yeah it knocks down unworthy people (enemies).

It sends out a wave that KDs anything "nearby" for like 2 seconds. Useful against the lighting drakes as they cast lightning orb.

AND for the bonus....is it only 4 villagers you have to find and escort to the coastal town..? cuz ive only found 4, and when i did it i finished the mission before talking to anyone else.

its 5 villagers.
#1 near stairs when you get the eye.
#2 on the other side of the bridge(won't come with until you get #3)
#3 to the left of #2 in the mini village.
#4 after you get #2 kill the boss and goons then quickly go down to the left killing ettin they are near the end of the path usualy alrdy being attacked by ettin.
#5 come out onto main path kill the group nearest then the 1 to the left and get the last 1 through the gate thing next to them.
then talk to the guy in the main village before dropping the eye off.

Hehe. Last time I did this, it knocked down Hablion, as it did with some other guard npcs. Does that not rouse suspicion to our characters? But I guess they think the eye is just some pointless floating token and want real proof (which they get in Bloodstone). I know I always considered the eye just some rigged device to pick up chosen at random. Until I learned the truth about the mantle.
