Sorry for the no-map here. its really near Ascalon settlement. If you start at Bettletun, go to the portal to go near Asc Set. When you arrive at the Northen Kryta province, go south (remember that quest where you must bring back that pig) and follow the road. You'll see the giant turtle front of you (you cant miss it) and the Luxon settlement will be beside on the top of the hill.
