Do you really want a while enchanted shield?, if you're running, enchants can often be broken .. but you will probably be in a stance nearly permanently.
There is the collectors while in a stance shield you get for bleached shells for significantly cheaper then malinons. I think it tends to go for around 5k-ish.

or u can also get a collector crimson carparace thats not max 12 defense with the same mods as malinons in between the wilds and the next town forgot i think its denravi but not sure...45 life enchant and -2 dmg enchant for 5 stormy eyes (wind riders drop them all over the place)

get the blue collectors shield +45 Stance -2 Stance for 8-10k. many ppl use it for running.
