Summit Axe, Eternal Shield (req 8s,+43,-2), nice Ghostly Staff, and some other stuff

I know it's a bunch of stuff, but most important for me are PC's on the Eternal Shield, the Ghostly Staff and the Summit Axe. I also don't know what to think of a purple req 7 Spatha.
