necro tunic an boots

where can i find the necro's tunic and boots? im not in the "future" or w.e you want 2 call it yet.

There is no tunic in Pre-Searing Ascelon, but the boots can be had from a collector just inside the entrance of the catacombs, in the church ruins to the right...her name is Karleen or something similar...
