Increased Sephis/Serpent Drop Rate?

Is it just me, or have there been a lot more max gold sephis/dwarven/serpent axes going around lately? There've been a couple 15^50's of both type in the high end in the last week or so, when it used to be that they hardly ever dropped.

Maybe its because everyone is trying to cash in before rare skins such as sephis/dwarven/ serpent axes prices plumment. For example, sickles use to be worth millions if they were 6-27dmg. Then Anet decides to put out victos axe which has a sickle skin so the sickle price plummets. So sellers are trying to sell their stuff before prices on high end items decrease as antcipation of new chapter 2 weapons takes hold.

So its a good time to buy

Maybe people know where to farm for these axes.
