I would put this at 100k+. However, it is an unpopular skin, and now with Victo's Bulwark, it's gonna be hard to sell similar shields. The only saving grace is the req 7. You can probably try selling this to a non-warrior primary.
If it were -2 stance, now THAT would be a different story...cos I don't think anybody would mind having a req 7 Bulwark :P

there isnt a+30 -2 enchant green
so i guess this is best shield states in the game

I sold a req7 30hp for 130k, so I can see this going for 150k+ easy.
