WTB a req 8-10 10% recharge +4-5^50hp energy healing rod/wand or req 8 prot wand

i have two rods like this but the energy is +4 while enchanted or +4 while below 50%. Both are 9% recharge or faster casting not sure which. If its for healing you probably want faster casting
