Epidemic -- hex also or only Conditions

Its my understanding that Epidemic works on conditions not Hexes. So how can Epidemic work on SS and Empathy?

No idea what that guy is going on about.

Can you imagine how overpowered it'd be if it worked on hexes? Life Transfer, Migraine, Crippling Anguish, Spiteful working in an aoe?

Epidemic doesn't work on hexes, only conditions.

I thought it was conditions only.. I admit I got really excited about a MoP SS Empathy AoE!!
