Some newb questions

Hi

Two weeks ago I started and made a Necro / Mesmer. I am lvl 20 now and finished with the missions, but I still have some questions.

-1- I heard about a quest that gives you additional attribute points. Can anyone give me detailed information on how to get this quest?

-2- I'm always low on money because I have to save for new armor and skills, what is the best way for a newb to make money?

-3- Is this a reasonable build for the arenas:

(Blood / Domination Magic)

1 Shadow Strike
2 Vamp Gaze
3 Offering of Blood
4 Dark Pact
5 Power Spike
6 Life Siphon
7 Hex Breaker
8 Res Signet

I seem to have problems when warriors are chasing me sometimes, but I don't really know what to change without messing with my damage output / magic defense abilities.

-4- How do I put runes in armors?

im pretty sure you can search for both of these, I know there are many many topics on how to make money..My suggestion is farming. and since you are a N/Me a great farming build would be minion master.

one attrib quest is in the desert - forgotten ones/forgotten wisdom - you do one and when you find the guy you need he gives you the other which gives you the 15 attrib once completed.

The other you get from vanyi by storage in droks forge, you first complete one quest (which is just going to each town in desert) and then she either gives you the other or you are required to change your second profession and you get the other, I don't recall having to change but some say that you do.

There are two. One begins in Destiny's Gorge--speak with Anelle Phipps. The other begins in Droknar's Forge--speak to Vanyi.
