dmg -2 while enchanted
healing priers +1(20% chance using skills)

Does the req 11 kill it ? Or is it worth a lot of money ?

The req is a killer, however even so the +1 isn't all that wonderful. Might be able to find a nice price from a collector though. I can't give you an actual price though. Sorry.

I'd think It'd be reasonably nice for a W/Mo. And there do seem to be a few of those around ...
