SO what's with these R/Ws using hammers?

I've met quite a lot lately, and being a warrior I never had trouble eliminating them. They just turn on Tiger's Fury and try to hit something. I noticed they are no match for my W/R with axe and apply poison.
I dont see the point in playing one

i use a r/w build soem times in the areans, and i think much more effective then warrior, although if im not doign random areans then i just cant be bothered to explain it , but do i regulary get comments on the dmg i deal! so if there was a 1 v 1 i would fight ya :P

activate tigers fury. you can spam irresistable blow every 4 seconds with a rangers expertise and then crushing blow when they fall. move to next target and never worry about energy while spamming these 5 point skills.

thats what i use it for mainly...buffed unblockable attacks every 4 seconds, deep wounds when they try to block, and tigers fury up most of the time

Thumpers aren't designed to take on other Warriors.

I like using hammer ranger with a pet with ferocious strike+disrupting lunge and irresistible blow with skills which suit you, stormchaser/tigers fury etc
