Price Check on Summit Axe of Fortitude

Hello all. I know this isn't the most amazing weapon out there but I think its worth something at least. Stats are as follows:
Purple Summit Axe
Req: 10 axe
Dmg: 6-28

Dmg +11% while health is above 50%
HP +23 (always)

Salvage hoping for the Fortitude upgrade, hoping to get 1-2k for it.
