Not sure if the shadow bow is worth much, it's upgrades aren't max. But the skin is rare.

When appraising a weap, I almost never take into account the mods unless theyre substantive in price (i.e. +29/30 HP, 10/10 or 10/9 sundering, etc.)

1) check green price thread stickied at top of forum
2) ~4k
3) ~10k
4) merch, imo.
