Pc on Purple Crystalline req9, please!

Imagine my excitement. I get my first ever crystalline sword, and it's a decent req max damage beauty. It sits longingly in my inventory just begging to be ID'd, and I succumb to it's desperate wails to be identified treasure.

To my shock and awe, it has no damage mod. To top that, anet decided to give me the ole hardyharhar with a +15% vs Plants pommel of Fern Smashing or some such....

Is a max purple crystalline worth anything at all to someone who would customize it to get 20% always?

worth something to pve, hopefully not pvp...100k sounds right but I would settle for 80k+.
