I would put it at around 50K. The 20% pommel is very nice, but the while enchanted isn't the most desired mod. If you find a collector of brute swords, you could go as high as 100K, but there seems to be an influx of brute swords lately (quite possibly because people are dumping their rare items in anticipation of chapter 2).

I would think about 50k as well.

No real rhyme or reason behind it but I almost always seem to de-value ench inherent mods about 35-50% less than its ^50 counterpart. 8/10 times it works.
