I need help... I can't seem to master the 55 hp build on the uw, somehow I can't make it past the first group of ataaxes, its like they have an attack that overpowers my protection powers, i get hit and die in 1 hit... and no dying nightmare showed up... Could any expierienced necro help me out and help me master this build ? you would have a friend for life + you get all the loot while you teach me how to work it out

~ I'd be so happy if someone could help me...

...sounds like you don't have protective spirit on. are you sure you have that on you when you aggro the aataxes?

Yes mate:
I enter i cast:
Mending, balth spirit, ess bond, i wait for energy regen a little and go on the stairs, cast prot spirit and healing breeze then they come to me and the first one hasn't stopped running yet and i die..I even did it once to see if it was the nightmare, but nothing popped up..

Think I found the problem:

Answer :: well he dies from Rend indeed, but if all ur enchants are stripped, u lose against aatxes -_-

Thats probably why I didn't see a dying nightmare, cause its already dead from his own spell ( well they could've named it the suicide nightmare! )

Hmm, this is a bit strange. I never had this problem with my necro in the UW. Do you have the right attribute points in Protection prayers. I forgot my attribs a couple time and then fecked it up (1k down the drain :S).
Works all the other farming well, cause you should practice with hydras or griffons first.

Why would attribute points count with Rend?

I see you learned from my gaming partner Kevin aka Godlike Satan. you can survive a rend but it aint fun. If you know you are gonna be rended and you arent able to get away from the ataaxes try to move so they synch attacks. Hopefully the rend will hit right after an attack then cast protective spirit and try to start getting your enchants up fast enough starting with a breeze and then balthazars dont run yourself low on energy or you wont have the crucial ps when you need it

I survived 4 ataaxes and 2 nightmares once talk about sweating bullets though. good luck next try 55 necro fow or 105 monk run hells chest's those are fun and very challenging.

I did a few UW solo runs because I have been hearing about this problem... I finished smite run 2-4 times.... so I don't think its anyhing new.. maybe just mistakes are being made
