find a group doing Orozar Quest and join you should end up finding him..getting the bow is another story....

Drago will spawn in random locations. The only fixed boss spawns are in Final Assualt, where Malinon and one other warrior spawn in the main room, and Rago and one other ele spawn in the furnace area. Otherwise, Boss Spawn locations are fixed, but which boss spawns in which location is random.

Drago will NOT appear in Final Assualt, Galen, or Kilroy. You have to either go in "questless", or else hope he spawns in the Oro quest.

He always spawns in Orozar, just in a random location; you have to hope for him when you go in questless.
