You can have 4 chars, so 1.4.

But if you want to keep one slot free for PvP 1.3 is the max.

With Factions you can have more money. (IF you get more slots for owning both of them)

But I dont have to worry about that for the next 1296k

100k/character (x4) + 1000k/storage --> 1400k --> 1.4 million gold
