I'm a little worried, what assusres me that this companie will keep adding to the game, preventing hacking to the game, ingame assistance ect.. if there is no monthly charge?
I mean games that charge monthly still have a hard time with those things i mentioned so what will drive this?
Concerns about no monthly charges

Don’t you fly coz there are terrorists? Don’t you get in a car coz you may have an accident?
In this world there are no guarantees, and they will charge once upgrades are done/needed.
So I say just chill out and enjoy while you can. And let them deal with the hackers

I might shed light on that a little. you think there is no money spent to prevent those real life threats you mentioned? You would be so naive to think so the tax payers pay plenty to avoid those.

each chapter will have about the size and new content of the entire original game and be priced the same

Anet has ensured there will not be a monthly fee. That is part of what Guild Wars is. Instead, they will be charging for "Chapters" or "Expansions" for the game (not in game updates/fixes!). Plus, they make enough profit from other games that they do charge for (without raising the prices) to support this game. Plus - Game support doesnt mean "must charge". I am sure they want to keep costs down, but I seriously doubt that anytime in any near or forseen future that Anet will begin to charge for Guild Wars.
