The 10 req takes away the perfect part :P

It is still up there with the others just take off 10 or 20 ecto from req 9s that have sold. Many people will still pay greatly for it and req isn't a problem for pvp.

nobody else? 10-20 ecto off the req 9s doesnt really help on a price
