Is it possible to have 2 people playing 1 guild war account at once but different char's?

No as soon as the second person logs in the first person is logged out

That's what I did, got 2 accounts that I share with my son. It's nice to play side by side, adds a nice touch to the game.

Because some router for internet connections if you have 2 people at the same time in the house playing certain games (e.g. Guild Wars) mess up with it or are incompatible, so Loviator's probably asking which works.

just a shot in the dark, but perhaps he's asking about technical aspects of the actual configuration of the two comps next to eachother, whether signals interfere, etc. Again, just a shot in the dark.

As far as playing side by side, at least 2 couples in my guild do this, probably 3, but i'd have to ask the third couple.

As far as myself, I play downstairs and my gf plays upstairs. She connects to me thru a wireless router.

My husband and I LAN together all the time. Our desks are side by side and we have no problems.

My BF and I play together over a wireless (in seperate rooms) and have no problems either
