Dont own these but looking to buy them so I'm trying to get a pc so that I will know what I will be spending.

price check each dmg mod with req 8 and 12
15% enchanted
15% stance
20% while hexed

I found someone selling a clean one req 8 dmg 15% in stance, they said it was worth 3-400k and then they said they would knock off this and that and the price was around 200 and something odd k. Then I said I didnt know yet and they said lowest they would go would be 160k is that a good deal on a that dmg mod?

are these hard to put a price on? I have searched the forums and found a big gap in what they have sold for or what someone was wanting to sell.
